  He helped me out when I was at one of my lowests. Trust me. That can be quite, quite low, as far as I have seen of other people. He is different from any other person I have ever talked to. He is a person beyond his profession. I still have problems, but I owe many of my solutions to the doctor. I am not perfect, but I have been encouraged, empowered, in some small small bit. But it is always there.
  Enough about me.
  The doctor is very capable if you are willing to be honest.
  you'll get back as much as you put in.
